I am a Data Scientist and quantitative behavioural researcher. My areas of expertise and academic background include machine learning, psychometrics, personality psychology (with a focus on narcissism and other antagonistic personality traits), as well as behavioural research/experiments.

Before starting to work in industry, I was an assistant professor of personality psychology and psychological assessment at the University of Mainz and a data science fellow at Faculty AI. Previously, I worked at the University of Münster where I also completed my PhD and where I am still an associated member. My journey into individual differences research started at the University of Edinburgh where I completed a Master's in the psychology of individual differences.
